GNRHS Articles & Bylaws and Operating Manual
The Great Northern Railway Historical Society was initially organized at Evanston, Illinois, on November 16, 1973 as The Fraternal Order of Empire Builders. In 1982 it was renamed the Great Northern Railway Historical Society.
The Great Northern Railway Historical Society is governed by the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws. Day to day operations are conducted according to the GNRHS Operating Manual.
