The Skykomish Historical Society and GNRHS are sponsoring a “GN Day in Sky”. This informal event in Sky, at the Masonic Hall, will start at 9:30 AM and end at 3:30 PM. Program subjects will consist of presentations, displays and time for discussions. Free and open to the public.
The program will have short presentations and anyone attending may bring a GN related display with tables provided

The Sky Museum will be hosting a Free Hat Tour. GN Day attendees can tour the Skykomish Historical Society museum in Maloney Store and get a free Lucky to be in Sky hat.
8:30 am Free table space is available for people who bring displays
9:30 Program starts with review of Sky and GNRHS activities for the last year
11:00 Craig Thorpe presents Railroad Paintings: Plans, Processes and Results while presenting his favorite GN paintings. He will also have his newest GN prints on display and available.
Noon – 1:30 Lunch and Free Hat Tour at Skykomish Historical Society in Maloney Store

As always lots of time is set aside for visiting and a long lunch provides time to see the museum or ride the GN&C Railway.
